Protecting health of Learners and increasing the achievements of training
With aim to be ensured in protection of learners’ health and sustainable development in the area of risingof training achievements to realize below mentioned measures

 
Material and technical base and resources:

• Definition of ratio of area of classrooms of individual general educational institutions and number of pupils, presentation of recommendations on rationalization of schools, which are guided by decree No.171 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
• All annual orders on school supply are to be analyzed from view point of medical and hygienic requirements and to be replaced by products, which meet with hygienic requirements

 
Staff:

• While preparing curricula and syllabus on primary pedagogical training and at additional education stages, to ensure integrative approach of theoretic and practical knowledge and skills on hygienic, physiological, psychological, sociological, pedagogical, sciences

Issues to be settled for application.

 
Standards:

• With purpose of protection of the health of learners, existing standards and normative are to be analyzed from modern, hygienic view point, recommendations are to be prepared (State strategy on education development: 3.1.2.5. improvement of norms, standards and rules on infrastructure of educational institutions);
• During national assessment to present recommendations on adjustments to legislative documents on assessment of physical-psychical health, socialization, moral and psychological state, which is important not only from view point of training achievements of learners, but from view point of formation of the healthy and progressive Azerbaijan citizen

 
Finance:

• By means of extra budgetary finances of Healthy educational schools,to prepare recommendations with purpose of construction and management, for involvement of local and foreign investors and creation of legal basis.
